the bed in the first room … that’s it oh and finally good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the rooms. It’s always cheap crap when you go places.

Well, I didn’t like the room that I transferred into the next day. That was really dirty like the maid just very quickly went through it. The floors were dirty. The tub was dirty. I’m sure hoping the sheets were clean, but the bed was made. The counters were dirty. There was food splattered all over the inside of the microwave like she didn’t even touch the microwave.!! The fridge was dirty. I originally wanted a room with a bathtub and I was gonna get that room the day before, but there was something wrong with one of the rooms that was available.. this was not a leisure trip so the comfort of my room was pretty crucial. Very disappointing on my first time here! On top of that they were out of latte topping the entire time I was there so somebody doesn’t know how to order… and the printer was out of ink and then it was out of paper and the lady had to use the ink cartridges from the front desk printer so I could use it… there’s some very poor management going on here or something whoever does the ordering… there shouldn’t be an inconvenience to the guest of having amenities not available especially when you’re staying about three days or so. At that point, I was pretty upset over the place and then the front desk person gives me a letter saying he’s give me 10% off that night stay or something. I don’t even know if I got that.🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ as far as I am concerned 10% is like a slap in the face compared to what I just went through with a second room and just wanted to relax, but I had to wait for them to clean the room. The front desk person was very nice enough to actually do it. Not sure if the maid was new or what happened with that. But my whole experience was very super unprofessional.!
