Loews Arlington Hotel

From the front desk check in to picking up our car the experience was exceptional.

It was very busy but the hotel staff handled the crowds with a smile.

It was beautiful and clean

After arriving first at a table at the restaurant and waiting, the waitress decided to approach all the other tables who had arrived after us, first. We waited patiently over 20 minutes and never got service so we left. That was very disappointing.

The breakfast was great, location was excellent food was great and the staff was good, Overall very good experience

We used the online check-in that was suppose to be faster but it was not faster. The toilet paper was bad, should have larger towels for this quality of hotel

We thought the staff was very hospitable. The room was fine; the bed was ok. The shower was good.

We were there for a concert at Globe Life. The restaurants were by res only, which they did not let us know upon check in. We probably would have made a res had we known. Had to eat in the bar.
