Clean hotel! I noticed our room was equipped with West Elm furniture which was surprising to me as the name is quite expensive. Laundry facility was a plus!

We stayed at the SpringHill Suites in Mason for 2 nights. We left early the first morning and returned to a room that had not been made up or cleaned. We checked to make sure that we had not left a sign on the door - we did not. When we went to the front desk to ask for fresh towels, tissues, and mentioned that our room had not been made up by housekeeping, we were barely acknowledged. For the price - $500+ taxes - this was a poor value.
