SW Beach Hotel

The room was plenty large enough, the shower room was huge. Location to the beach and restaurants was excellent. Although we didn't get chance to use the roof terrace it looked amazing and would be great for a chill out or party/drink on an evening. Staff/management, although they are remote, were prompt in communication and resolving issues.

Only complaint would be that the room door is straight into a corridor which is a through route and the door isn't very well insulated against noise. Also, the BLUE LEDS on the fridges in our room were ridiculously bright. A note of caution ** PLEASE ENSURE YOU VERY CAREFULLY READ THE PARKING RESTRICTIONS NEARBY. THE HOTEL DOESN'T OFFER EXCLUSIVE PARKING** I fell foul of this but the management stepped up and refunded my parking citation as a good will gesture.. great service.

Amazing Location

Rooms get a bit musty from the beach humidity

No elevator..it's like a ghost hostel hotel. The location is great. The balcony was a makeshift area with dusty chairs. Absolutely terrible experience. Parking terrible. All around a terrible stay but great location. At checkout the only staff person we saw Carlos was great.

very very comfortable and luxurious for the price. Very comfortable bedding and wonderful bathrobe. There were several perks that I didn't get the chance to use, i.e. beach bikes and beach towels and chairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Location of hotel is right next to the beach (though sadly not right on the beachfront). Right next to the boardwalk with lots of restaurant and bar options and in front of a parking lot where you could pay for metered parking. The only downside about the parking lot and metered parking nearby was that certain times during certain days were off limit, which required us to wake up at 4am to move the car.

The front door wasn't auto-locking and when the issue was raised to the staff, the response was very disappointing. The team's response basically was that they didn't believe us until I recorded the situation at 4am (when I had to move the car). Only after receiving the recording did the staff acknowledge they were wrong and indicated they would fix the situation. Whether the situation was fixed, we don't know because we checked out that day.

Super helpful staff, handy location.

I booked the cheapest room and had not realized that it had no windows. My own fault really. Will invest a bit more the next time

Only that the curtains and blinds didn’t blackout the sun completely.

Rooftop was nice and front desk worker was super helpful and friendly
