I always stay here when I come into town. It’s always super clean and I love their little gym area.

This time around the younger lady when I went to check out and explain my confusion about how I was told I needed to leave the room 30 mins before checkout due to I wanna say cleaning or a/c needed fixing had an attitude. But an employee came knocking at my door saying I needed to leave which I was very confused about because it was 10:35. I was never told or advised I needed too leave early when I checked in the day prior. A heads up would have been nice since I had to hurry and pack my things. So when I came to the front desk all the young lady with brown hair and ear piercings said “everyone seems to be confused about that” with an attitude and didn’t proceed to explain or nothing. Makes me never want to stay here unfortunately.

"Bad Christmas experience"

It was a pretty basic room...

The bed sheet was ripped in the corners and didn't fit the bed. so we had to keep adjusting it because it was always coming off the corners. I have pictures of the ripped bed sheet as well. then at 8am on Christmas morning, a fire was reported and we had to evacuate the building. which was a false alarm I guess. someone was cooking and set an alarm off. me and my partner were upset because it woke us up and ruined our morning.
