The first attraction to this hotel was the location by ATL Airport. It's a three-minute walk from the ATL SkyTrain convention center station to the hotel, with good sidewalks. So we used it for our last night in Atlanta to avoid any traffic issues before flying out. It was very convenient to enjoy the morning in our comfortable room, have some breakfast (more about that later), and then walk to the SkyTrain station to be whisked to the Domestic terminal. If you're flying international, though, you can take the SkyTrain to the Rental Car Center and there's a shuttle to the International Terminal from there. We were greeted everywhere by welcoming and friendly staff, from the valet to the front desk to service workers we met in hallways. A minor failure at check-in was that they were out of the complimentary water we expect. That's not an actual reflection on the front desk since obviously someone else didn't order water in time. Our suite was fully up to standard for Home2 Suites. We opted for a one-bedroom (there are 3 per floor) as opposed to the efficiencies that make up most of the offerings. Everything was comfortable and well-appointed. I don't expect a whole lot from the free breakfast, but this one even came up short of my low expectations. Primarily that was due to the beautifully prepared scrambled eggs that were served at room temperature. Same for the bacon: nicely cooked up and then served without heat. The potatoes had tasty seasoning but were in similar cool condition. The kitchen is being badly represented by the final step of the process. That said, the serving and dining areas were clean and well-stocked. So, if you want a hot breakfast, be prepared to make a plate to take to the microwave in your room.

What a wonderful experience. A business trip that turned into a memberable vacation. What truly made the difference was the service, enery and genuine joy this team brought every single day. From the moment I arrived. I felt welcomed, valued, and taken care of. The atmosphere was warm, the staff was attentive, and every interaction felt personal. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Georgia. Thanks you specifically Ashley, Christian and Aaron!! Also the Marcus at front desk. Oh and Jason the restaurant owner the best!

I would like to thank 2 valet workers that stood out during my 3 day trip. Ashley and Aaron were both great when we needed to retrieve out vehicle as well as when returning . Things seem to not run as smooth when they weren’t present.

This hotel is a gem! Clean, convenient and incredibly attentive. The team was excellent! Marcus took care of us and Aaron and Breanna with ACE were top notch.

Kay Kay provided outstanding valet service from start to finish. She was professional, friendly, and moved with confidence. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, handled my vehicle with care, and had a great attitude the entire time. You can tell she takes pride in her work and knows how to treat customers right. Definitely one of the best valet drivers I’ve dealt with. Highly recommend Kay Kay.

Well located hotel and within a 2 mins walk off the sky train. Ideal for a stop over in Atlanta. Clean room, comfy beds (there were 2 queen beds in our room). Good range of food at the included breakfast.

Quite expensive but then airport hotels tend to be. There were no signs for this hotel when you exit the sky train. Every other hotel seemed to be labelled. We had to go into another hotel reception and ask where it was. Luckily for us, it was close to the sky train exit that we had chosen so it was then very close.
