The staff

That i booked for a 2 bedroom even called after i booked to verify what i booked to get there and they don’t offer 2 bedrooms nor a pool. But when i booked it showed me 2 bedroom suite and a pool

"My experience was just horrible."

My experience overall was horrible. No one was there to check me in at the front desk. I stood there for about 45 minutes. I waited for the morning to speak to the general manager, and she was very dismissing and nasty, and I believe because I am a black woman she gave very racist. She referred to me as y’all people.
