I traveled over 10 hours to come to New York the staff was rude and kept asking for more money than what was said. Staff would not accommodate any requests

Algunos inquilinos hablando alto en horas de la madrugada y tirando las puertas produciendo mucho ruido el cual no dejaba descansar y dormir.

My bathroom was clean

The floor was sticky, curtains DIRTY, TV dusty, the AC blue out smoke like someone was smoking in the room.

The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. Within walking distance of everything. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant.

The room had no microwave, no refrigerator, no iron/iron board. The bed linen looked dirty, there were spots and cigarette burns on the linen, I had to purchase bed linen for the bed I slept on , I also bought wash rags, hand towels, and bath towels, they did not provide wash rags, and I didn't feel comfortable using the towels they provided. The room was not as clean as it could be, I purchased a mop, broom , disinfectant wipes/spray and did some cleaning before I settled in. There were two less than half rolls of toilet paper so I went out and purchased toilet paper.
