Comfort Suites Richmond East

We stopped here in the middle of an extremely long trip. We were exhausted and frustrated. The staff was kind and friendly. The hotel was right off the interstate in a safe area, which was a relief because we booked it while on the road. There were several restaurants nearby. Breakfast was nicer than most free breakfasts with a helpful attendant who offered several made-to order options in addition to a nice variety of other foods that were available.

Very clean and quiet

Beautiful fairly new hotel. Spacious king room & shower. Large amount of items for breakfast, even made to order eggs and blueberry pancakes. "Chef " Mike was very friendly. Will definitely stay again if in this area. It's a great value.

Convenient to family we were visiting.

Our room did not seem very clean. Ned and pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

Room was spacious and clean. There was some noise from nearby music late at night, but otherwise a perfect place to stop while driving across the country. The breakfast was great.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, good coffee in the morning. What more could you ask?

Water pressure was lacking! However the gentleman that handles the breakfast buffet was amazing best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel were breakfast is included!

Comfort Suites Richmond raised the bar.The accommodations were exceptional. Clean and spacious, the decor was beyond what I expected. The breakfast was 1st rate in a spacious dining room with 3 TVs. The gentleman ( I think Marvin), managing the kitchen/dining area, was fun and went out of his way to make guests happy. He probably needs a raise for all that he does. Other hotels need to learn from this one. I would happily stay here again. At check-in, Steve was a perfect host and gave us great suggestions about where to eat. At morning check out the lady (sorry, I didn't get her name) was gracious and friendly. Like Steve you could tell she cared about her customers and wanted to keep the highest level of customer satisfaction.
