Dirty tub and the phone dudnt work. Had to change rooms. No pots, pans or cutlery with a full kitchenette. Actual service and attention to complaints?? PERFECT SERVICE!!! The company is not keeping up with needs of guests however the team responds well. IMPRESSED

Kitchen was a plus, lack of pots pans dishes and utensils were a minus.

These people are just great all the way around especially the lady she printed paper for me and was very friendly

I had intended to stay 9 days at the Studio 6 in Springfield. Check-in was mostly smooth. The lobby had a very heavy odor of marijuana, but hey... maybe it was a guest smoking outside? The first night I was disturbed by other guests screaming and arguing up and down the hallway, with a visit by the police capping it off. I checked out the next morning, and during the process the clerk told me there was a one night penalty for early checkout. $92.35 charge for THEIR uncomfortable conditions????? Noted.

I appreciate the staff. They were always accommodating, pleasant and very helpful. Thank you guys for everything!!

Expedia, please remove this property. It makes your brand look bad. Smell of cannabis in the lobby unclean. Dirty hallways. The neighbor to my left banged on the wall if my tv was too loud, also called the room phone all night. I had it on mute and they still called and banged on the wall. EMS was called twice in one night to remove customers who drank too much. No WIFI, Channels on Direct TV not available, programed incorrectly. Direct TV went one 3 time. Wall in room dirty w/a brown substance. Had to remove my own trash. The property was not recently renovated. I had to have my key reprogramed every day. Staff were nice and helpful. Excellent shower pressure and hot water.

Outside of the hotel looks ok, inside needs work, carpet in the halls needs replaced. I reserved nonsmoking and got nonsmoking but smoking rooms are across the hall so everything smells like cigarettes, kinda defeats the purpose of nonsmoking. Bed was ok, woke up in the early morning hours to water all over the floor from the AC I guess leaking. AC was terrible anyway, barely kept it cool in there. Needless to say, we checked out a few hours early and left!

Staff was very professional and accommodating.
