"Great breakfast with Enedina in a very clean and modern hotel."

Super clean and modern hotel within easy walking distance of downtown and a 5 minute Uber ride from the Stockyards. Room was really comfortable and quiet. Had 3 great nights stay here. The lady who runs the breakfast set up in the morning is called Enedina. She’s so pleasant and accommodating. She was the stand out member of staff and she made our stay so pleasurable. She couldn’t do enough for you in the morning.

No drawers for clothes. Ok for a one nighter but when staying a bit longer could do with more storage.

"They won’t help you so don’t bother"

Don’t bother booking with them if you want a refund, they can’t even operate the booking.com site like any other hotel can. Rip off artist. Called, messaged over 6 times, can in touch with booking.com to help, they said they hotel needs to do it on there in. How can you not function an app you work through??? And the only time you cared to reply was when I write an angry message saying I was upset with how you’ve handled the situation, saying you’ll refund but that was probably for b.s. told them to keep the money since they seem to need it more then a customer, I was literally gonna rebook the dates because I made a mistake when first booking.
