Easy check in easy check out! Staff are great!!!

I always have a great experience.. always clean.. staff are friendly and helpful. I stay regularly every weekend

The room was dirty. I could smell a wet dog smell inside the room. The phone inside the room didnt work at all to talk to the front desk. A staff knocked on my door almost pounding 2hrs before my checkout time while yelling "remember check out is at 11am!" I already knew that. I didnt mind them reminding me. I minded the damn pounding and yelling on the damn door. Housekeeping went before the front desk clerk and knocked on my door asking for dirty towels. I feel that they could had waited until I was already checked out.

The property is clean and so is the room that isn't the problem. The problem is that this is the second time I requested a room with a door to access the outside and is the second time I did not get what I requested. I even emailed the property before I checked in. After my check in I went to the room just to find that the toilet seat is broken. I reported it to the front desk but no one has fixed it yet. I will think twice before I stay here again. I have 9 years experience working for a Best Western and I know you are to try your best to accommodate the needs of every guest. I am also aware that this is a sure stay but it still has the best westerns name on the sign which lead me to stay here. I'm a little disappointed to say the least.

Hard to find since it did not have Texas Inn posted anywhere. Recognized the kiosk that was on the website, which promoted hand made tortillas and breakfast. ( This was not so, plus breakfast was offered from 4am to 8 am, this nothing for us. Room was clean, but some lights were missing bulbs, no waste cans, no in room telephone. Offer to purchase snacks was posted, only to be told, they didn't have a key to stock room, but had a couple bags of dill chips. The toilet seat was loose and the handle needed tightening. The price posted was correct.

Check in was quick and convenient. There was no tv in our room but they were quick to resolve that issue. When we returned from dinner we found a dead mouse in our room!! Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Great Hotel quiet, super clean, the bed was excellent...

Very easy and conveniently located

We arrived shortly after 3pm. Checked in, got our room key and left. Returning to the hotel shortly after 5, we get into our room only to notice that housekeeping hadn't finished cleaning the room. We immediately notified the front desk and they accommodated us with a new room. The room was spacious and clean. The best slept wonderfully. After our minor incident the stay was quite pleasant. Would stay here again.

Rooms weren’t dirty but definitely not super clean. Bed and pillows are super uncomfortable. TV is real small and no WiFi on tv. AC was messed up first night and they changed up but left screws all on the floor so my kid stepped on one and not I’m having to take to the dr. The girl upfront didn’t care one bit.
