Miami Suites Hotel

Understandably, the property was being remodeled. But as soon as we unpacked and started to shower, we found 3 separate occasions of cockroaches, a.k.a. Waterbugs that they said came from the drain but were found nowhere near. We are still deciding if we will ever return. All signs point to probably know.

So dirty. Toilet didnt work. We left and stayed elsewhere. Very disappointed in the experience. Will NEVER go back

We did not stay here. Roaches. Water damage. Other peoples hair in the bed. Water running in the shower constantly. We walked in. Nasty fridge. Took photos and left to find another place to stay.

Apart from the fact that the price is reasonable per night, the hotel needs a lot of things to do. Simple gestures to make a difference. For example, it is easy to clean to get rid of the dirt that is in the rooms and corridors. Can you imagine a room with spiders everywhere in the corners? It is dangerous for those who have a phobia of that. It does not provide enough material: lack of soap, lack of towels despite having asked for them, having a balcony that has no chairs, with enormous dirt. torn blanket, etc.

The hotel is an older building. It looked like it could tell lots of stories. 😀

Very convenient location and price. Needs a lot of upgrades though.

Upgraded nice looking spacious rooms.

I had bed bugs in my bed. The tub was dirty upon arrival with water in the tub from not draining. Could not get another room because non was available. I tried to call and speak to a manager I was told no manager was available until 9am I was told. No manager ever contacted me about my compliant I was basically being called a liar after providing photos and proof. Will never stay there again

This place is out of date and run that it should be closed.
