Every thing was absolutely likeable

Staff were really good. And breakfast was good. Brilliant view of the guitar hotel and casino with free transport to casino.

The aesthetics. The lobby was very cute and it smell so good when you come through the door

This is the worst hotel ever. I advise anyone to not go here. Everything about the customer service is horrible and incompetent. I've traveled a lot (with husband, family, and friends) and never had anything like this happened to me. I booked it a month in advance and chose the room with the guitar hotel view. When I checked in, the front desk guy (blonde, lean, and wears glasses) checked me in and gave me the hotel key. Later that night while in the shower I heard a knock, which went on for about 5 minutes non-stop. Even when I got out of the shower, she was still knocking. It was very uncommon for someone to be knocking at the door, especially late at night around 9:30 pm so I ignored the knock hoping she would go away. Then almost an hour later, I heard some aggressive knocking and banging at the door, shouting for me to open the door. I went to answer it politely, asking who he was and what he needed and he replied aggressively and rudely that he was security and he was going to break down the door if I don't open it. I was scared, being that I was traveling alone for that trip, and he could've pretended to be security, so I didn't open it. Because I was terrified of him threatening to break down the door, I immediately ran towards the phone and called front desk. When I called, the lady said it was her earlier wanting to know if I had checked in because they DIDN'T HAVE ME IN THE SYSTEM AT ALL. I was extremely angry that instead of calling to ask me (and all of this could've been avoided), she had handle it incompetently and sent security banging on my door. I told her that if I could call her, why couldn't she call me instead of knocking on the door? If she wanted to inquire who was in the room to see if I did check in, she could've called me. I mean, hello, she works the front desk and the phone is in front of her, right? She just told me that I wasn't in their system and someone else was supposed to check into my room. I was so angry so I went downstairs to settle it with them to make sure she had me in the system and booked into my room. Then the haggard security guy with the spiked gray hair came by and said it was him knocking on my door. He had the audacity to yell in my face that if I was so scared I shouldn't be traveling alone. I told him that I've traveled a lot and that has NEVER HAPPENED to me before and it was very unprofessional and rude of him to be handling it that way. He said it should be my last time traveling. I felt like he was threatening me. I didn't want to stay in that hotel for fear of my safety, adding to the fact that the staff were incompetent and disrespectful, in addition to that they didn't even apologize for their wrong-doing, so I checked out the next day. I was supposed to stay there during my entire trip, which was 5 days and 4 nights, but HAD TO check out the next day. When I checked out, I found out that they originally booked me in another room (from the receipt I got), but still, how was it that I wasn't even in the system? THE WORST HOTEL EVER. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE, NOT WORTH IT. I finally had my peace and got to enjoy the rest of my trip when I booked with another hotel. I'm glad I did too. Had I stayed there, I could only imagine the poor customer service treatment and my whole trip would've been totally RUINED.
