everything, literally. the staff, the ambiance, the way it smelled, the showers, the wooden room keys. EVERYTHING WAS DONE PERFECTLY. sorry to yell but yall HAVE to stay here 😍

i never agree with paying to park at a hotel where you pay to stay.

Awesome decor. Great public spaces.

Room was small and cramped. Could have been cleaner. Mini bar assortment was way too much for such a small room. Took up too much space. No view (view of gas station). Not much water pressure.

The property was very pretty and exactly as the photos showed. It had a fun and swanky vibe. The restaurant, Granddam, was excellent.

A few things made our stay less than perfect. 1. There was a placard that said to call or text for ice. When I called I was placed on hold and the call was dropped. When I texted for ice, I got an automated response saying they would be right up, but we waited for an hour and no ice ever came. 2. Another placard suggested conserving water and reusing bath towels. I am happy to do this for a two night stay , but there was only one hook on the back of the door, and not a single towel bar or other hook to hang and dry our bath towels. Consequently, towels were changed every day. 3. The tile shower was gorgeous, but leaked all over the floor. 4. The reading chair in the corner was exactly as pictured, gorgeous, but it was hard as a bench and useless. 5. The desk chair back rest was wobbly and so flimsy it might fall off. 6. Our room was on the sixth floor and it was very noisy until late at night due to the rooftop bar and restaurant.

Amazing staff, fabulous friends, and rich atmosphere.

The room beside us had 3 barking dogs, upon checking out we were hit with 144.00 we paid on Expedia and thought it was all covered , the valet, parking, resort and it keeps going , we won’t be back
