Quality Inn & Suites Santee I-95

Don't understand why they charge an additional 100 dollars for a deposit after you pay for the room.and I haven't received the deposit back yet

Dirty, not friendly staff, LOUD all hours of the night, spoiled milk, toilets don’t flush, and banging on the door 30 minutes before check out.

The breakfast was not good. The eggs and sausage links were cold. Selection was limited. Hot water for tea was like warm.

Several trash cans around the property were full, the hallway floors were dirty. The phone in our room didn't work. The tv screen didn't show a clear picture. The tp dispenser was coming out of the wall, the tub water plug was not in place but laying in the tub. Things looked used and broken. The washcloths had lots of stains, the place just seemed dirty.

Looked like a warehouse with dirty hallways. The fellow running it was minimally attentive, and closed breakfast 20 min before due time.

Didn’t feel clean , door , heater and curtains were soiled

lights did not work , heating did not work, or was unfindable because lights did not work, bed was awful
