Cleanliness and convenient location.

The last 3 times I have pre-booked and pre-paid this year, a ground floor room was not available as per requested at time reservations were made and I had to accept an upper floor, and moved to main floor after 1st and 2nd day of staying. We are active cancer patients with mobility problems and atleast 2 times the elevator was broken and could not navigate the step climbing and the luggage moving up and down. If I've made a reservation at least 3weeks to a month or more in advance, why cant a room on the 1st floor be available at time of check in??? Thank you, we need resolution on this, we are Seniors on top of it.

No iron, no hair dryer, no basic amenities in the room. 2 pillows that too hard and not clean. No side table. Weird noises coming from the other room. Was lowkey creepy. Also A/C doesn’t work. Thermostat was broken. Basically room was quite empty

I booked a room on Oct 16, 2025 to check in Oct 18,2025. Upon arrival to the hotel I was told no rooms are available
