Franklin Suites South Beach

Everything great. Few need to fix broken lights kitchen area.

Great experience!

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment. The check in instructions were very clear and check in was a breeze. Accommodations were very clean, beds comfortable. Very well appointed kitchen with dishes for 6 people. The coffee machine with pods is a very nice touch. There was beach towels, which was great. We didn't find it extremely noisy despite many reviews stating that it was. But they provided earplugs for people who needed them. Check out was also a breeze. Did not communicate with the management during our stay so cannot comment on that. Location is awesome, with the beach being only one block away. Lots of options for dining, groceries, liquor store, etc... Parking on the street is not easy however, the hotel provided instructions in the check in for indoor parking close by. We parked at 7th and Collins, car was safe and cost was $20 per day (no in and out). Cannot beat this location, right in the middle of the action. Would definitely recommend.

Great located apartment in the center of the south beach .

Fantastic location! The place was very clean. It was noisy at night but expected because of the location. They provided ear plugs. It was super easy to get in and out and felt very safe. It's best to uber vs having a car unless you can find a parking garage. Would stay there again.

Shower knob was loose which wasn’t really an issue

Amazing experience, the host was very good. We had a great time, the check in and check out was very smooth. The location is absolutely great!

A hospedagem foi boa, mas as fotos publicadas deram uma "maquiada" no lugar. De forma geral, a experiência não foi negativa, porém o local é bastante barulhento e o quarto tem um cheiro forte de mofo. Além disso, qualquer pessoa na rua consegue ver o quarto se o blackout/cortina não estiver fechado. Não sei se me hospedaria novamente.

Franklin suites was a great place to stay, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The room was clean and had everything you need. Only issue was when i got to there, i didnt have wifi, and so didn't have the combination to enter the property. But when i rang for assistance the lady was very helpful.
