Staff was very rude and not customer friendly.

The heat was not working at all and it was freezing cold 2 nights and no covers ! Just sheets the house keepers was not doing they job I had to find them for things! Also I seen bugs so I had to check out early!

Roaches, WiFi wouldn’t work, front office lady was rude and looked like we were aggravating her, holes in the ceiling , no breakfast even when listed , the front office isn’t even attached to the building it’s next door! Hope you liked my summary

They do not provide breakfast as advertised because they said the walmart customers would eat it rather then guests (they said it was too hard to enforce only guests), needs pest control for roaches, lots of maintenance work needed in bathroom (tile, plumbing, and drywall), plumbing for the spa (coverplate missing, and drywall in areas around the bed, and the two pillows were not great -for a king bed needs at least 4. many of the cars in the parking lot were in poor repair so it made the overall aesthetic seem shady.

The hotel was conveniently located and the room size and features were ok.

They didn’t have the room I had booked available so they made me pay extra 18 dollars to get a bigger room. The breakfast service was not available, and they did not offer any sort of compensation. So I paid more and obtained less than I was supposed to. The first room I got had a very strong cigarette smell and the bedsheets were badly stained. I asked to change the room and second room smelled even worse. Not cigarette but just poor cleaning with accumulated smells. There was a constant beeping noise coming from one of the plugs. The security little lock on top of the keyhole was broken. I had driven from Austin for an event and ended up just driving back in the middle of the night. I preferred driving a couple hours that night than sleeping in this place. Staff was apologetic about the extra fee and agreed to change my room very quickly, but that doesn’t remove the fact that they charged extra and that their cleaning is just unacceptably poor.

Cleanliness

Front Desk was helpful and friendly give me a tour.. The room is clean and has a kitchenette..The noise level can be bit loud due to walls too thin hear tslking and music.Overall, a nice place and safe better than most extended stay.
