I didn’t enjoy anything about this property.

The location is super convenient I can get anywhere in town from there. The beds were really comfy great night sleep the only drawback is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in the didn’t have a coffee pot so that required a little improvisation. Never took advantage of the breakfast but it appears it was not much more than waffles and cereal and such but all in all a great stay

The lack of a coffee pot in my room that would be number one and I had some issues with the Internet and the cable TV but I think that was more related to the tornado That got there the same day we did

Never got my room when I got there they said the was no rooms available so I don’t know if I will have my money back

Property reeked of weed, the room was not cleaned. Hair in the sink, tub, bed and floor.

This was one of the more affordable places in Houston with a surprisingly high review on Booking.com that we could find. The room had a kitchenette: electric stove, fridge, and a sink. Also, they accept pets with a $20 per pet, per night fee. So I assumed that it was going to be fine. We couldn't wait to get out of there. An experience to forget.

The room was very dirty. Dirty floors, hair on the bed. It was disgusting. We had to fully clean and mop the room ourselves after checking in. The kitchen sink in the kitchenette was clogged with garbage disposal that wasn't working. The staff was unresponsive to the issue. Even more; every time I called for them to address the issue, they'd say that they'd come over but never did. The area is also sketchy with loud guests into the night. One night some drunk/stoned (or both) person was banging, swearing, and screaming on our door in the middle of the night. The whole place feels like a public thoroughfare without any security on premise, except for the entrance door that can be opened only with a room card. So seems like anyone can go in and out, as long as someone opens the door for them. My suggestions to the staff: (1) address the issue of dirty rooms; (2) service and maintain your rooms to make sure that everything is functioning; (3) address the apparent security issues on your premise.

Everything . The pictures lead you to believe that the rooms are on the inside when in fact the rooms lead straight outside. The elevators don’t work & the blankets are paper thin. WORST STAY EVER

The room, kitchen and bathroom have a nice design. Fun retro looking fridge and microwave.

Must have been the most unfriendly welcome I ever had at a hotel. The woman didn’t look at me, made me feel like she didn’t want anyone in front of her, like she didn’t want to be be there, just gave me the card without telling me where my room was (was in a different building) no “thanks” at any time. Very unpleasant.

Clean… good location for my work. I felt safe at night because the parking lot was so brightly lit.

The breakfast was weak - not well supplied. The room would have been more pleasant if there had been some “soft white” lighting instead of the bright white fluorescent.

The bathroom tub was rusted and patched up, hair and used paper towels was on bed and floor and it was a bad smell in room. We left way early before check out.
