Clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

They are doing work to upgrade rooms and the pool area is closed. So minor noise issues, but not so bad to deter staying here and the noise is a sign of improvement.

Quiet if isolated location, but close to major roads.

Building is run down and not well maintained. Pool closed. Only one light fixture in the bathroom. No obvious plug for coffeemaker on the console, had to put it on the floor near the plug in the foyer. Big guest moving trucks were parked across car parking slots, each one blocking many spaces. A disclaimer about the property “renovation” was sent a few days after booking.

The room appeared clean. The hallways, floors, doors, high touch areas were grungy and stained. It doesn’t seem to have been cleaned or cared for in probably years. The grout was all stained and discolored, the carpets needed to be steam cleaned, windows needed to be cleaned. Doors open loudly, are stuck and show signs of rust.

First--the staff was GREAT!! No issues with them. Normally, I would write this type of review, but management needs to be aware Key cards were hit & miss-wouldn't work most of the time. Only 1 trash can in room. No "Do not disturb" signs Phone in room didn't work. So, if there was in issue with room (there was) we had to go to the front desk. Floors, in room, had not been mopped in a while, very dirty When 1 of the beds was turned down there was blood on the sheet. Staff brought new (clean sheets). Shower worked very well. We stayed 2 nights, no one came to the room to collect trash or dirty linens until after 4PM. We put everything in the hall so they would see it.

I was able to check in straight away and the desk attendant was polite and quick.
