"Great Hotel and staff and a good value as well."

Unbelievable friendly staff (All of them), one of the best free breakfasts I've had at a hotel in this class, great bar and bar food. Vey clean and comfortable rooms. I almost wished I could stay an extra day!

"Just ok"

We’ve been going to this particular Hyatt house for years. This time was not so great. Our shower pressure and shower head was in such a poor state that it only produced a mild drizzle of water about one foot from the shower head. Also the door didn’t lock due to a sticky mechanism. Fortunately I always push on the door before leaving and noticed it would pop open. The door was fixed the first day, however the shower took three days to replace. They had the part but no contact with the maintenance person who repeated ignored their radio requests. This took three days with three different front desk personnel. This was so below the service we’ve received in the past many years. Not much else to say. No one seems to be in charge nor know any definite answers.

They charged early check in fees on 2 of the 3 rooms a rented. The wedding couple could stay 2 of the 3 nights. They didn't refund the last night and then charged the wedding couple an additional 225 dollars. I can't reach a live person to talk to. Please help
