The breakfasts at all of the Embassy Suits locations are excellent!!!!!! The evening reception drinks are fine. I was very disappointed with the snack selections and the poor quantities each night while we were there compared to other Embassy Suites locations especial, remembering past years while I was traveling on business & vacations. The "Soprana" staff, service, pizza and wine selections were excellent!!!!!!!! My suggestion would be to add pasta dishes to the menu and we would have eaten there more often.

Love the property, the room, rooftop, happy hour, pool and being able to communicate with front desk via text!!

That we had to use Valet because there were no other parking available nearby.

Breakfast was awesome, location, and the bar area.

On the last night, Kyle awoke us by having security come to our room at 3:00 am in the morning, because our car wasn’t properly parked, even though the valet has our car keys.

Exceptional service. We had a suite with a separate living room. The room was nice and clean; and all services were excellent. Breakfast met all our expectations for the Embassy Suites Hotel. This is my hotel anytime I'm in Asheville NC. I highly recommend this hotel Rating: 10

Location was great for what we were doing (there for a show) We were able to walk. Room was nice for 2 people sharing.

I think over $400 is a little steep for a 1 night stay. Yes it is embassy suites I get that, we stayed in Embassy suites in Honolulu and it was 395 a night. But we needed the room and it was Hawaii after all. Suggestion: embassy suites is a nice more upscale hotel, for those of us, which is probably most people, that love their morning coffee, but do not like to use a pod coffee maker, a large pot/urn of coffee on each floor at a central location, possibly near the elevator, would be a fantastic idea

Breakfast was good. Other rude guests made it chaotic so some organized way to get through the are would be helpful

That I had to pay an 25 for valet parkkng.
