Limpeza impecável - quartos são limpos diariamente. Cama confortável. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e solícitos. Café da manhã farto com proteínas (ovo, bacon, carne), pães, sucos, cafés e iogurtes. Hotel bem localizado. Fácil acesso ao metrô.

Elevadores ficavam inoperantes com frequência. Apesar de serem 3 elevadores, a demanda de hóspedes é grande e um que fica inoperante impacta muito. Falta apenas porta-toalhas no banheiro.

The beds are very comfortable, and you can reach downtown very well. Sure the direct surrounding is a bit more industrial, but it is only a 10-minute walk to the subway station.

The breakfast was rather limited, especially if compared to European hotels. Furthermore, the elevators in particular are very loud.
