The room

The staff either couldn't speak English or was extremely rude and even cussed me! Wouldn't honor my online reservation that was non refundable because they claimed i hadn't paid though i have them all possible proof i had

Terrible, smell like cigarettes even though I requested non smoking, roaches and beg bug everywhere, I was supposed to stay for 3 night, I check out the next morning very early, when I told the receptionist she was like everything was normal.

Where my room was at, is a little loud from the traffic. Only thing I have a complaint about is w hen the day for you to check out? The front office staff will band on your door like you're a criminal.
