Surrey Beach House

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The room was clean and small but well equipped with all things needed with coffee, mini fridge, microwave and a wet bar they also gave us mugs, wine glasses and condiments for morning coffee. There was a small table with 2 chairs, private bath with 4 sets of towels, 2 very nice beach chairs located under the bed and a beach bag with 2 beach badges. The location is perfect. Close to restaurants and 1 building away from the famous Ventnor boardwalk. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the newness, cleanliness, and being close to the boardwalk.

Loved the property and i had an issue not following check in directions (my fault) and they responded back soon and helped me get in an the place is beautiful

Very quiet, beautiful remodeled. The place was spotless and rooms were spacious Perfect location, very peaceful. Maybe 100 feet from the beach. Beach wasn’t crowded. There were beach chairs and passes!!! Enjoyed relaxing on both decks. The beds were soft and very comfortable . Would love to find more information on the bedding. Coming from the south wasn’t sure what to expect. It was just perfect, felt safe and everyone was extremely friendly we can’t thank you enough the wonderful hospitality. Definitely will be back soon. I had a wonderful experience at the Surrey Beach house. The location can’t be beat! The place was spotless & amenities perfect. There were beach chairs, passes & a beach bag to use. I enjoyed reading my book on one of the many decks & the 3rd floor one faces the ocean! Any questions I had were answered promptly- it was a great place to stay.

We booked a last-minute stay at the Surrey Beach House to celebrate our anniversary, and was pleasantly surprised by our stay. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Of particular note, was how clean the hotel and our room was. Location was terrific! We will be back.

Great little hotel steps from the beach. Will definitely be back. We stayed for one night Memorial Day Weekend 2024. Rooms are clean. Check in and out was easy. Well stocked with any items you would need for a trip to the beach (including beach chairs).

Very nice, small well done, recently constructed, boutique hotel. Very clean, well designed and built located in Ventnor. Contactless moniker very fitting for hotel. You are sent code to access main entry and room day of arrival, no one on premise to assist. In our case we arrive about 20 minutes early and no one around to allow for early entry (computer system opens your access code on entry time), so we simply waited in car for 4:00pm check in. We didn’t have to call for assistance or need anything while there, so we didn’t have to reach out to anyone for help. We were however, readily and cheerfully provided with contact information if we needed to reach someone so that should not be a problem. Room and bath were very clean and nicely furnished. Equipped with coffee maker, microwave – all standard appliances found in hotel rooms today. Only two drawbacks, one minor. The entry floor is on the second level and must be accessed by a set of stairs at the front of the building, so if you have a walking problem it might be a bit of an inconvenience. The other is that there is no private parking – all parking is on the street. We were there in early May so very few tourists or vacationers were around, and we had no problem parking on the street. During the summer and peak season it might be a little bit of a nuisance to have to look for a parking place. Overall, a very nice place. Our measurement on restaurants and hotels is always – “Would we go back?” our answer for this hotel is a definite yes, well worth the money.
