Just clean.

General manager was so rude. no customer service at all. No heater no Ac no hot water you have to wait 30 minutes nobody told me about it I get sick when I took a shower of cold water. Room has a broken window has 250 security deposits u will get it back in 30 days I will never coming back in this hotel it was a nightmare…

The location was fine and the room was clean and the staff friendly.

The wifi was very spotty and it took forever to get hot water the first night. The second two nights the water never got above luke warm. Most likely this is due to a shared water heater and my room in relation to where the water heater is located.

Was available at a time when I didn’t think it would be.

Toilet was broken, shower was complicated, not enough plug sockets. Ironing board was woeful. At that price it’s just an atrocious option.

False advertising. The room bore no resemblance to the Booking.com listing—much smaller, no bathtub, no work desk. The elevator was out of service, forcing me to use the stairs. I left after one hour and was promised a refund that I'm still waiting for. Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere.
