"Will never stay there again."

Location

Cleaner room. The floors were not vacuumed and the shower floor and walls were not cleaned from the prior occupant, there was soap residue. The kitchen sink and counter was wiped not clean. Paper towels weee not replaced. Toilet tissue from the last occupant was left and one roll was added. The roll should have been removed. When I travel and rent a room, I expect cleanliness and I don’t want to see anything from the previous occupants. I went to Walmart and purchased items to clean. I should not have to do that. Not to mention it’s a smoke free facility, and there was smoking of narcotics on the 5th floor that were had to smell. Unacceptable! I will never refer this place or stay there again. Even the hallway carpets weren’t vacuumed.

"Great Place to Stop"

WOW! What a great place to put your head down. Right when you check in with Akira. Everyone is so friendly. The room was spotless and it's only 1 year old. The beds are so comfortable and you don't have to bring your pillows because the pillows are just right. Thank you to Kam at the front desk when we checked out, he was so kind and friendly and loved that our night stay was excellent. I told him I would take a few pictures so people realize this place is a gem of a find. Thank you, everyone, keep up the great work and maybe we will see you in September.

breakfast was not good, except tbe waffle. Everything else was horrible sausage,tater tots, didnt have the eggs. But better then not having breakfast i guess.

The reason why it didn’t meet my expectations is due to the toilet being clogged up and over flowing and I had to be the one to clean up. Maintenance wasn’t @ work the night we arrived. Other than that the place is a decent place to stay.
