The location and how close it was to places.

The room was small and dirty, and no housekeeping service was provided. The staff were unfriendly, and the hotel did not match its advertised description. The bed frame had visible stains, and the overall condition of the room was unpleasant. There was a strange odor, and the carpet was clearly not cleaned. Although the hotel is cheap, it is not worth staying here. I would strongly recommend avoiding it.
