I love that the staff was so helpful and awesome.

Perfect for the get away me and my husband needed. The room was clean and it was very quiet. Breakfast was great. Customer service was amazing! Will definitely stay here again

This was me and my husband's 1st time staying with Crewe Botique and it was very comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and needed to stay for 2nights. It was such a cute, small but comfortable place to lay our heads. Thought it was so convenient to have a diner nearby by on the same lot. Loved that breakfast was free! I was able grab a yogurt, bagel and orange juice before heading out which was nice. I would definitely stay here again! Staff was very friendly as well!

The room was clean, smelled freshly cleaned, water pressure good in shower, food available in dining area even after checking in later in the evening after 7pm...check in and check out very easy and quick...everyone very nice, friendly , knowledgeable

It was okay, clean and safe. Not much in the area and not much in the hotel

I would love for them to have (iron & Ironing boards), better lining for the parking.

Nicely renovated 1980 era motor lodge. The staff is exceptional. The rooms are small but typical of the 80’s. They will be opening a bar and grill next door. We went to a soft opening and it should be a good place to relax. They are still in the process of further room renovations. A phased project. Would come back!

Had a renovated room and it was better than I was expecting. While somewhat small it met all of my needs. Everything was very neat and clean. One thing to note is the parking spots are small and there was no closet. Bed was also very noisy which is why I gave 4 stars, bed was comfortable enough though. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. You can also hear the trains from the hotel, but it doesn't bother me.

Very friendly welcome. Easy access. Clean updated rooms. Comfortable pillows and beds.
