Charming, peaceful, and intimate — the perfect romantic escape. Our room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and featured a super comfortable bed. The jacuzzi and private outdoor patio were such a wonderful touch, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. The shared pool area was cozy yet never felt crowded, with plenty of loungers and quiet corners to unwind. After a busy holiday, this was the ideal place to slow down and recharge. For couples seeking a quiet, luxurious hideaway, this spot is a standout — easily one of the best places we’ve stayed in Palm Springs

Nothing to fault.

Bed sheets were dirty. Staff was rude. When we tried to say that bef sheets were dirty staff didnt't care about it.

Loved the vibe, loved the music played at the pool, loved the breakfast in the morning, the bar in the common area was so cute! Staff was lovely! Smelled awesome! Great stay!!

Overall the stay was pleasant. My only complaints were that they don’t heat the pool, our room was not ready at check in time and one staff member thought it was a good idea to talk down another in front of us. Check-in was 3:00 but we had to wait till 3:30 to check in. They said the room was not ready. We were offered a free drink while we waited and were then charged for them. They did remove the charge when I told them. We were told they don’t heat the pool anymore because a man complained. Hummm, seems like an excuse not to have to heat the pool to me.

The property was so beautiful and serene. A little oasis close to Palm Springs.

The property is lovely with an incredibly relaxed vibe. Will definitely be back!

The front desk guy was rude and unfriendly. He did NOTHING to make us feel welcome or comfortable. Beds were comfy.

Hire a friendly staff to welcome guest. Give copies of additional purchases. The cocktail thing was weird. Booze was set out like you were to fix yourself....people got yelled at.

A beautiful little hotel. I loved the décor and ambiance. My room was so adorable and spacious. It was so calm and quite, perfect.

Check in- there was a person in front of me and it seemed to take a long time to check it. I was tired and it would have been nice if the staff instructed me to have a seat and they'd be with me next. A better welcome I suppose. The staff was super friendly and admitted they were learning however. There was a lovely arrangement of wines and liquors on the table. I always think a complimentary drink at check in is classy. These were for purchase however.
