Estimado equipo del hotel, Quisiera expresar mi inconformidad con la atención recibida por parte de una de las recepcionistas el día de nuestra llegada. Lamentablemente, el trato hacia nosotros fue poco amable, descortés y nos hizo sentir incómodos desde el momento del check-in. Consideramos que, como huéspedes, merecemos ser atendidos con respeto y profesionalismo, especialmente después de un viaje y al llegar al hotel. Entendemos que pueden existir momentos de presión en recepción, pero eso no justifica la actitud que se tuvo hacia nosotros. Esta experiencia afectó negativamente nuestra primera impresión del hotel. Esperamos que esta situación sea tomada en cuenta para evitar que otros huéspedes pasen por una experiencia similar y que se refuercen los estándares de atención al cliente. It was a good hotel.. I like the kitchenette option.

I didn't like that we booked and our booking was cancelled and it took time to get respond on the refund.. we were supposed to pay again for 12 ro 19th.. the original booking was 10th to 18th

"Ottimo soggiorno economico per visitare Manhattan"

Ottima posizione, a soli 20 minuti di metropolitana da Manhattan. Zona tranquilla

Sala per la colazione piccola, alle 8/8.30 già non ci sono posti per sedersi. Nonostante la zona sia tranquilla, a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte si è invasi da odore di cannabis
