This is my new go-to hotel for Tucson, very new, fresh, clean, convenient location to get onto the freeway. Having a kitchenette, pots, pans, dishes etc. is a nice change when you are staying in a place for longer than a few days.

I was there for my son’s graduation ceremony from U of A. I was extremely happy about the location and all the restaurants and shopping that were close by

The staff at the Water Walk weren’t very helpful, the front desk to the cleaning staff. When I first checked in my original room was not clean. I was switched to a different room with no working remotes for the TVs and no glass microwave plate for the microwave. The front desk staff was never available. I was given remotes that did not match the TVs and was never given a microwave plate. For some reason my key cards deactivated leaving myself and family locked out of our room for an hour with cold food. Finally, our key cards were reactivated. Front desk staff were not apologetic. I later complained and management offered to see how he could accommodate me. I was never contacted about the remotes and microwave. My family and I decided to leave a day early and conveniently there was someone at the front desk to check us out. It took more than 30 days of back and forth phone calls to receive my refund for the one day.

Great location, very clean property, would be happy to stay there again.
