Hampton Inn Concord

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was super clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything about our stay was perfect — one of the best weekends we’ve had and definitely the best hotel experience. Highly recommend!

The only minor downside was some smoke from the BBQ chicken place next door, but that’s completely outside the hotel’s control.

Not to far from the freeway

I did not get the room that I paid for. I received a room that did not fit our group and was told there was nothing they could do about it..

There was a $10 per night parking fee that was not disclosed while booking the hotel. We asked for the two rooms to be next to each other and even when we booked the stay around 2 weeks ahead of our arrival at the end it was not possible.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is good. I especially like the waffle maker. The staff was very accommodating. The gym is surprisingly nice and well-equipped for a hotel gym.

Two things: The A/C in the room and the lack of a pool (or even a hot tub). I wish the hotel had a pool for those warm California days or a hot tub to unwind in after a long day. Secondly, my room was warm. I know this is a common issue because I had other family members staying in the same hotel on the same dates for a reunion, and they all mentioned the same thing. I had to turn the A/C down to the mid-60s and leave it there to cool the room down.

Very courteous

This was one of the most well designed hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. Roomy, with hooks in the entry area for jackets, three hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and toiletry bags. Extremely clean and well maintained. My only complaint was that the pillows were flat as pancakes.
