USUSThe location was great, and everything seemed very new, fresh, and clean. We particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, with the adjacent patios looking out on Cloudcroft's scenery. Staff was also very friendly and informative.
Our room was directly above the spa / hot tub area, which meant it was rather loud, and never felt particularly cool no matter what we did with the air conditioning. Between the noise and the temperature / humidity caused by the pool area it made it difficult to sleep.
