"The stay was very uncomfortable, with poor service—especially from staff—and average facilities.”"

The front desk staff’s service was poor and unwelcoming, with a very cold attitude toward guests. The bathroom door was poorly designed—the lock often malfunctioned, and a soft-close or damper would greatly improve the experience. This was not an isolated issue: during a previous stay, the TV and phone were not working and the staff did not resolve the problem. After multiple unsatisfactory experiences, I do not plan to stay here again.

Location was perfect. Room was clean and super comfy. Hotel staff (late night) were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was awesome as well.
