Quality Inn Yemassee - Point South I-95

We had issue with the room and decided to move to another hotel. Staff was very understanding and reimburse the fees without arguing.

Bed was not clean.

The lobby and breakfast room were lovely and the staff were very friendly the bed and linens were really good.

It was not clean there was a lot of dirt on the bathroom door. Some water dropped on the floor and when I wiped it up the cloth was black. There were parts of the bathroom that were nicely redone like the tiling but the tub did not hold the water for my bath and there was a lot of rust

Staff were fine. Room was decent. Some updating performed. Bed comfortable. Good value for price.

One light didn't work. AC is not quiet but it actually helped to drown out any potential noise. Not annoying to me but may be to sensitive people.

The stay was comfortable. The owners have been upgrading the place but it takes some time. They are doing a good job of it. While checking out I spoke with the owner's mom about some minor cleaning issues. She was upset that these thing's were not done properly. They are trying to find a good cleaning service they can trust to do the job without following after them to see if they did it correct. The evening staff when we checked in were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay there again. If you're looking for a quick, comfortable stay that is also pet friendly, without costing a lot consider the Quality Inn in Yemassee SC.

Just a couple of minor cleaning issues that were missed by the cleaning staff.
