"Probably would never stay here again"

The breakfast was good.

They didn’t have no washcloth The comforters/sheets on the beds was dirty. Was very dusty. Had black hair all in the beds.

The room had a strong musty odor, and the door had a noticeable gap that allowed a cold draft to enter. The property would benefit from an overall update, as several areas appear dated. Additionally, the cereal provided in the breakfast room was stale.

Friendly staff

Towels clean but stained, did not smell fresh. Bathroom looked clean but smelled of urine. Plentiful breakfast, but fruit over ripe and biscuits were dry. Sink area of food unclean.

"I would stay again because of the comfortable,relaxing bed."

could have had a better variety of food and more of it. The bed was wonderful. It was so comfortable. I slept very well.

the breakfast buffet. Wasn't enough food or variety. I thought the breakfast buffet should have ended at 10am instead of 9am.

Booked online while driving down to Florida, checked in went to room it was filthy & the floor was soaking wet , moisture all over the walls. Went right to the front desk & canceled the reservation. Receptionist room care of it told me I wouldn’t be charged & now I’m fighting to get the charge reversed

40in to get help to check in.expedia could not get a hold of front desk either. No one avail.limited understanding.had to wait hour for manager to help Breakfast ok
