South Side Inn - Burlington

. Owner was super kind and informed us of safety issues. Disappointed to hear how unsafe the area was. Photos did not represent the actual condition.

Staff great. But the external stairs not ideal. Also gravel portion of parking lot has a hard transiruon from paved area and is too narrow. Scraped car twice as poorly lit and narrow passage espexially during storm.

Good coffee and fruit options

The smell, smelled mildew, paid for a lake view, there was no lake view. Smelled of heavy pinesole to cover up the mildew smell. Very dated rooms.

There were some stains on my pillow. It didn't look like it did in the pictures I saw before booking it

Run down- outdated

The room was on the second floor with no elevator. Steep stairs to carry up my luggage. Desk staff knew little about the area, where to eat, etc. The room was adequate.

Super clean. Comfortable bed. Microwave and fridge in room. Coffee, tea, and fresh fruit available at hall station. Problem with the air conditioning in our room but manager was great and worked to find us another room. Would definitely stay here again.
