Miss May was awesome. Her breakfast was on point. You have a great variety to choose from an even her warm personality was warm . I really enjoyed her company and the food We recommend her breakfast to anyone . Great variety of choices. There is something for all different appetites.

Great stay. Jaylen was awesome during check in. Ms. Mae made sure breakfast was hot and fresh. Rooms were very comfy and clean.

The stay was great and the service was amazing. All of the staff members were very friendly and offered excellent service. An employee name Mae was extremely helpful and rendered the most sincere, and genuine service. Home 2 Home Hilton has the best staff that my family has experienced. Thank you Mae and the Hammond Home 2 Home Hilton staff.

It was my second stay there in a week. Jaylen was very nice during check in. Ms. Mae made sure breakfast was to everyone's liking. NaQuel (spelling?) Was friendly at checkout. Room was comfy and clean.

Mrs. Mae was such a great breakfast host. She made sure to keep everything well stocked & the food area was very clean. She was quick to help when we needed something & did so with a beautiful smile! Such a joy to experience her positive character in the morning.

All the staff are so friendly. Ms Mae is so sweet. Suzette and Melody always greet me ...so kind. Nikki is so helpful. Breakfast bar is always good.

This is definitely one of the nicer extended stay hotels I've gotten to stay in. We stayed here while visiting my family, and I was very pleasantly surprised. One of my regular issues with Hilton properties is the Internet is usually terrible, but that wasn't the case here. My husband was able to work remotely with no issues, especially with the nice desk area in our room. Breakfast was tasty, and the room was nice and clean. The fitness center is really well done. It has everything you would expect from a hotel gym plus more. The staff were also super friendly and accommodating. We had to check out late at the last minute, and the staff were able to help us out without an issues. If I wanted to be incredibly nitpicky, my only complaint is the water pressure in the shower wasn't the best, but it was still serviceable.

It was well located by everything we wanted to do.

I slipped in the shower due to needing to resurface the tub. I pulled a muscle in my back, my back is now bruised. I mentioned it at the front desk, but wasn’t much sad about it. I’m not wanting to start a confrontation. Would’ve been nice if they had offered me half price next time I come back or a complementary room for next time.

Staff was extremely nice, especially Jaylen. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great as well.
