Staff was amazing

It was clean and the staff was attentive to our needs. The iron was not working and was quickly replaced within minutes of advising the front desk.

I don’t have anything negative to say about this Property. It served its purpose as a motel in the middle of nowhere. Can’t beat the price for the service you receive.

The property absolutely exceeded my expectations. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world but I feel I was better cared for and the room was cleaner and more comfortable than the 4start hotel in Madrid right across from Prado museum! The room was very clean and had everything that I could possibly need. It also had a full size fridge and a microwave. And the pillows were (OMG! finally!) so comfortable. AC was strong and water pressure luxurious (so many places have a very weak water pressure, and believe me - you will be refreshed in no time after a brutally hot Oklahoman summer day!). And they really care about the guests: I came back to the room at the end of the day and noticed that they replaces a almost empty water bottle on my night stand with a full one. It's a small thing but it shows care and attention. Same as when on my first day I came in to check in the manager immediately offered me an ice cold water bottle, or when i was looking for a vending machine for a couple of cans of soda - the manager went to his own fridge and gave me a couple of his own Coca-Colas to save me a trip to a supermarket. Maybe for a southerner it's normal, but for a former newyorker living in DC its called "going above and beyond".

Was clean ,bathroom a lil small . Beds were comfortable but too high from the floor . Was in a quiet area .Ground level and no stairs were a plus . Owner ,Nick was very polite .

Skimpy on towels and toilet paper. Geez. The room had a funky smell.
