Hampton Inn Chicago Orland Park

I drove approximately 14 hours from Georgia to the Orland Park, Illinois Hampton. I paid nearly $500 .00 and upon arriving to the Hotel, Booking.com had not communicated with the Hampton to have my room prepared and they left me in the cold.

I was very tired and they failed to accommodate me in any way, even after agents from booking.com assured that they had received my payments. Afterwards, I left because they did not attempt to make things better for a person traveling that amount of distance.

the breakfast was good and the staff was very nice and professional bathroom was clean, room was very comfortable and shower was clean carpet was clean the whole entire room meet our expectations

we didn't like that there was no microwave in the room

Needed a shower chair and they gave me a plastic folding chair for a handicap room , seeing i only had one leg and in a wheelchair and traving alone was very un safe to bathe with

Very noisy all night, I didn’t get much sleep

The room was clean and nice- the beds were also comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the location, it was very close to everything we wanted to do. Parking was also very easy and the area felt safe. They had good side entrances that were really close to some of the parking.

The breakfast wasn't great, specifically the hot part (eggs and sausage). There was some sort of wax or something burned onto one part of the floor in our room, which made it seem at first that it wasnt clean (before realizing it was stuck/stained on there). The price felt a little expensive, but not bad. The refrigerator didn't get cold enough and we wished there was a microwave.
