Location was great, staff was friendly

My shower did not work, had to change rooms

Good location, a lot of restaurants and shopping near by!

The pool was closed

Very clean. Excellent breakfast selection serviced by Gee who was so friendly and positive early in the morning. All day complimentary coffee is also a big plus.

That I had to leave after four days

I stayed here for a quick overnight business trip and have visited before, including when the hotel first opened. It’s still very clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the improved accessibility of the guest store—nice touch. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. Unfortunately, checkout was a letdown. The employee made me feel as though I was interrupting her doing nothing, which left a disappointing impression. I expect better hospitality from Hampton Inn and the Hilton brand.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good as well. I liked being able to use my Netflix on the TV as well.

The bed is not comfortable. It was hard, like sleeping on a slab. There were not enough local channels on the TV for news and regular programming.
