Great Beds, Breakfast was very good, cleaning staff was so nice and friendly.

The advertisement said private pool, for the disability room, while the pool is for guests only there is no separate pool for disabled rooms. Maybe change the wording.

We booked a 3 night stay for a wedding and were pleased with how clean and quiet the hotel was. Breakfast was good, check-in and out were also easy. Our room overlooked the pool and even though we did not have time to use the facility it was clean and never crowded. The hotel was also located near fast food, restaurants, grocery stores and a pharmacy.

I recently booked a room at this hotel to attend a family member's funeral. Unfortunately, my flight was canceled due to a mechanical issue, leaving me stranded and unable to reach the hotel. Despite the circumstances being entirely beyond my control, I was still charged for the room. While I understand that hotels have cancellation policies, I had hoped for some flexibility given the emergency nature of my travel. Regrettably, the hotel's strict adherence to its policy without consideration for my situation left me feeling unsupported during an already difficult time. This experience has led me to reconsider staying with this hotel or any IHG-affiliated properties in the future. I believe that customer service should extend beyond policies and show empathy, especially in situations like mine. I hope this feedback encourages the hotel to review its policies and consider the human element in such decisions.
