So I paid for a room with a kitchenette and got a handicapped room, booked it for a pool and breakfast. No breakfast and pool was locked. Also was to be a non smoking but it smelled like smoke. Crappy fridge not a good stay at all.

The staff was friendly when I checked in. The property needs to be updated. The walls are paper-thin. You can literally hear someone walking in the room next to you. Our neighbor had loud music until about 3:30AM and no one stopped her. The coffee maker had an old coffee filter with grounds full of of mold. The coffee pot was not washed. Also, please know that the deluxe room does not have anything for cooking as it claims in the page. You get what you pay for.

Comfortable but, lack of service, we were locked out on the second day and had to go to the office to get our keys reprogrammed because after paying for a week they claimed to have us only for one night, we had to put the trash out daily and no one came to clean the room or changed the sheets until I got angry the night before checking out even though we went to the office daily and asked for service.

Had two types of locks on the door

Woke up with a bite on my foot. Not sure what bit me, and there was a roach on the floor in the morning. Disgusting. Also there was a door that connected our room to the room next to us. Super uncomfortable, we hadn’t received notice of that on here on booking neither at the office.

It was quiet and easy to sleep

A few smudges on the bathroom door and unknown substances on the wall on the top of the ceiling near the bathroom sink area.

They denied my online reservation and refused to refund my money back!

It was OK overall. Had some issues in the beginning with the air conditioner. They changed our room to a working air conditioner.

The toilet kept clogging with each flush, they didn’t have maintenance onsite so just left a plunger in my room. The key lock to the pool never worked even with re-keying. The room smelled of smoke, especially in the bathroom. Most other guests I met were residents of the hotel. There was hair in the bed and on the shower curtain- the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall, edging was falling off walls. The chlorine was non-existent in the pool, you couldn’t even see your hand just a foot below the water surface.

The property had no elevator. Parking was bad. Looked like a slum area. Pool was green. People sitting on stairs or on chairs outside their doors. Checked out on the 9th of June and hace not received my $50 that I put for deposit on dishes yet and it is now 6/20 (11 days later). I keep calling about it. On 6/13 they said refund processed on 6/12. On 6/21 they said refund processed 6/20.
