The staff and room are nice

lol the only things I didn’t love was the navigation of where to park and also the water pressure. But it’s fine. Very nice hotel. Thank you!

Gute Lage am Rande von Downtown, vieles fußläufig erreichbar allerdings wenig direkt am Hotel. Geräumiges, neues Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung.

Bei unserem Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten haben wir leider zwei mal sehr laute Nachbarn gehabt - möglicherweise war das aber leider einfach Pech und nicht die Regel. Im zweiten Zimmer (Umzug aufgrund der Lautstärke) war das Bad leider nicht gesaugt und so war noch ein Berg Schamhaare vom vorherigen Gast im Bad zu finden…

Very updated decor and furnishings. Alot of space for accommodations. Good location, quick to highways and near civil war museums and attractions.

Food options very lacking. No actual “restaurant “ at the hotel. A bar that has tables, but all food and drink order have to be given up at the bar. Menu very limited and food average. Continental Breakfast food not great tasting.

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and were fortunate to find a last-minute stay in Charlotte during a very busy week. From the moment we arrived, Brandon greeted us warmly, made sure we were checked in smoothly, and helped get us settled in. Once he learned we were celebrating our anniversary, he went above and beyond to make it special. When we came down later for dinner, he realized we were heading out and kindly arranged a black car experience for us as his treat. That level of thoughtfulness meant a lot to us. Even with how busy the hotel was, Brandon was always present, welcoming, and professional every time we came in and out. He also made sure our car was ready early at departure and helped coordinate our bags downstairs. Brandon truly provided exceptional service, and I hope both hotel leadership and his managers recognize the kind of person they have representing them. Thank you again for making our anniversary so special.

The room was good and comfortable but trying to get housekeeping everyday is near on impossible even though I requested it every day of my stay at check in. When they did come to make our beds they mentioned if there is something on them they would not make them which is the first I’ve heard this in all my years of travelling. They also had not filled up the body wash in the shower after 3 days of housekeeping so we called reception for it could be done (it was near empty when we checked in). We also had to inform reception that after 3 days here there were no towels in the gym to which the valet gave us 4 towels so we placed them in the gym. We then rag reception again the next day to inform them that once again no towels were at the gym. The free breakfast was amazing with a lot of options, though waffles weren’t available every day and on Saturday/Sunday it was plastic cutlery.

Rueben at the valet helped me out with a technical issue while trying to grab my car. The rooms are nice but the water pressure was extremely weak. Room doors slam shut extremely hard
