Location

First of all, the property charged me twice!! Now I have to wait for half of what they charged to come back! The room was running out of all paper products, soap. Pictures missing off the walls, cracked ceiling. Staff was not nice at all! Did not care that I was charged twice. People on the property smoking weed, vomit on the sidewalk.

The place was three stars. I would even give it four stars. I have been to some of the hotels in the area. They called their self three and four stars and they don’t come close.

Check in and check out were a breeze. Steven and the other front desk were very helpful and accommodating for our large family. However, the housekeeping was very disappointing. We checked in on a Thursday night and didn’t get any housekeeping services until Sunday. We had to call for extra towels on Saturday and that took about 30 minutes to get. Our tissue box was empty and they didn’t bother to change it out. Little things like that were disappointing when the rest of the hotel was such a good experience. The location was very convenient, but I don’t know that I would stay at this Home2Suites again.
