WoodSpring Suites Hermitage - Nashville Airport

Desk closes at 6 and not open again until 10.

Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean.

Location isn’t great but it’s tucked away enough from the bad areas. Only 2 pillows, bed was super hard and uncomfortable. Not really a way to get extra amenities after the office closes. No pool onsite.

The extrance to this location is impossible to find. There is no sign; you can only see the hotel from a distance. Entrance is an alley between Taco Bell and Waffle House.

Good stay

Not bad at all. Good management and very responsive when I lost my key card after hours. Didn't realize there would be no kitchen utensils in room, but maybe this is normal for extended stay. Good to know for next time though.

There was NO SIGNAGE to tell us where to turn to get to the hotel. No hotel sign, no street sign. There is no ice machine, or any frills whatsoever in the hotel. (I.e. tissues in the restroom, shampoo, extra pillow on the bed) This hotel is evidently intended to be for long-term people who might have cooking utensils or ice trays with them. As overnight guests, we were surprised to find the room so bare. It was as advertised, though, so no room to complain.

The bed was very low and difficult for my elderly parents to get out of. A handicapped person traveling the entrances and doorways would have difficulty without the kindness of strangers to open doors. Fortunately, there are tons of nice people at the hotel!

Hard to find, even with Waze App. Good check-in. Needs more linens and pillows. Only 2?

This property is pet friendly to the extreme. I have never been to any hotel like it. Dog everywhere! If you don't want to sleep in a room where dogs may have just checked out with its owner, do not go there. There is no regular reception staff. You cannot call them from your room for anything. You have to take your towels to them in person and exchange for a new one when needed. It is a relatively new property, but the operational model is strange to me.
