WoodSpring Suites Tolleson - Phoenix West

The location is convenient and easy to arrive.

The rooms where quite noisy and not sufficiently isolated from sunlight.

Relatively new and clean.

The bed/mattress was horrible both in comfort and noisy. We almost left after the first night. No phone to contact the office. There was a room near ours in which a dog was barking a lot.

Everything was good

I liked the kitchen. They have no utensils at all, so you have to bring your own. The flyer in the room said you could buy them at the desk. Bed medium comfortable. Location near a supermarket. In an industrial area convenient to the freeway.

We had a silverfish in the room so maybe they need to spray more often.

My room was NOT available when I went ro check in. The desk worker explained hotel was overbooked. Gave me Chandler location and told me my room would be comped. Went to Chandler, they said I had to pay for the room! My original reservation was very important as it was only 7 miles from Phoenix Raceway which I needed the convenience of being that close to the track! I ended up driving home and was extremely dissatisfied with the negligence of not getting my room that evening. It caused a huge inconvenience for me! I had called that morning to confirm reservation and the person I spoke with confirmed my reservation. It was very UPSETTING when I went to check in and was told there wasn't a room for me!

Late check in, front desk was nice, decent room, clean bathroom.

Towels provided were too small, small tiny shampoo, the bottle looked old like if they just refill it. No lotion or tissues. Face and body soap(bar). Totally forgot my toothpaste, no vending machine with any essentials toiletries. Dial for front desk no answer, took the elevator to ask for toothpaste, wouldn't mind buying it and the metal curtain was closed. Mind you, I choose the hotel specifically because late check in was no problem.

What breakfast? No ice machines on premises, no Kleenex in rooms, full kitchen but no plates, silverware, etc. No pool, no coffeemaker! No paper towels, nothing! If you’re staying longer than 1 night, pack all your camping gear. Motel 6 at least has ice machines and pools! Never again!
