Poor customer service. Breakfast was horrible. Smelled like someone had smoked pot near the check-in area. Old heavy bathroom doors.

Ease of access friendly and super helpful staff and inexpensive gas stations right outside

Too short of stay to enjoy it all

They were friendly from check in to check out . This was the first time I traveled with my pet the rooms huge, updated and allowed privacy with a divider. I loved that even though pets were allowed it didn’t smell , as soon as you walked in it smelled amazing. The breakfast was great, a lot of different options. I’ll definitely be back.

My fridge didn’t get cold. Since I was only staying a night I didn’t feel the need to alert the staff that was on me🤭

I’m not sure if the food is cooked by microwave…We do not like microwaves. They are harmful to the body and cells.

The room was large clean and very convenient amenities inside fridge/freezer microwave bathroom had a luxurious home feel

There was guest over us on the floor above that was absolutely obnoxious I reported the issue to the front desk clerk her response was less than concerned but she didn't have to be in the room she explained that they had just checked in and give it about 15-20 minutes to settle down however that did not occur they continued to beat about the floors the entire night my husband and I were there for our 24th anniversary what was going to be a weekend ended after 1 night and we went to another hotel all together not the fault of the clerk that some people don't have good public travel etiquette however I feel she could have made an effort to notify them of their behavior

The pillows were not very comfy. We had a king bed with 3 pillows....For as flat as the pillows were, we needed at least 2 pillows each...
